Expect (I) is a part of the series Seen which are small-scale, collage work where I investigate the human desire to both glorify and ridicule the hyper-femme, hyper-straight body. A vessel for both adoration and brutality, I represent the body as a target for a culturally understood and accepted space to play out individual and multigenerational psychodramas.
