My inspiration for Modern Art Four is the realm of signs and symbols, how they combine to form suggestive images. Is that a fish? A river? A hat? A house? I encouraged the lines and small shapes to build together to form larger patterns of interlocking colors to engage the eye. 44" x 44" x 1.5" original painting on stretched canvas, with the image continuing around the sides so that no frame is required. It comes with picture wire ready to hang.
