Lee Mora Has been painting for over half of his life. He first cut his teeth learning to draw with two childhood friends. He has developed his skills as a painter, sculptor and designer of many forms since he started on this path as an artist. He does not like to limit his range when it comes to medium or subject matter, but his work tends to reflect a quiet solitude. Often with a figure and an enigmatic stare. His work is influenced by Japanese manga & anime, art nouveau and optical art styles. His work plays with the concept of ascension and often involves characters in grandiose environments, on a path. The figures in his work are peacefully on their way to something better, or are heading somewhere new. Much of his work is there to remind us to move forward. He has dreams to make an animation and to continue showing in galleries and grow his business as an muralist. He is available for commissions of all sorts.
