Framed Size: 14.25"x 17.25" “Vulnerability and Endurance” was inspired by our mundanely peaceful tolerance against loneliness and insecurity. It is a monochrome narrative and also an exploration of the unheroic side of our contemporary lifestyle through trivial objects and ordinary characters. Simple line-drawing applied here represents tenderness, vulnerability, endurance, as well as connection and slice of boundaries. By erasing the identifying details, viewers are invited to complete the scenario by using their very own experiences. In such a way, personal and spontaneous conversations will be created between each piece and the audience.
