In my current series, I blend classical understanding and contemporary art atheistic to create a visual abstract poem with compositions that touch on topics such as power, permanence, love, family, history and war. The series is set in a vast dreamlike landscape where figures and color play their part to harmonize the scene. I apply and brush away paint from the canvas in a process of continual addition and edition, reflecting on the fragility of the present which also provides space for new creative possibilities as the visual poem weaves from dream to reality and back again to tell its tale
