There is something tactile and warm about stucco and adobe homes. There is a feeling of agedness and craftsmanship...of wisdom and history in the walls. This painting is part of a new series for 2021 entitled Uncharted..although it is still ongoing and in development, Uncharted is the result of the 2020 year of personal and artistic exploration. The purpose of this series is the exploration of things unknown as of yet. This is done both in personal meditation and within the process of creating the work by allowing the process to take over. It is framed in a modern pecan-toned box floater and comes with a handwritten thank you note from the artist.
