My Heart is all about self-love. So often, we forget to put ourselves first, always prioritizing others. But if you don’t take care of yourself and love yourself, how can you truly take care of others? I discovered that when I started to put myself first and care for myself, I could love everything else more deeply. This painting represents that journey towards self-love and the realization that by nurturing ourselves we can better nurture those around us. The sides of the painting echo the small heart and glow onto the wall creating a warmth and emulating love.
