I have been curious for as long as I can remember, but perhaps that’s part of being human. I paint spaces I pass through while on my way to work or walking my dog. I’ve found that my walks have an intimate headspace that comes through in the paintings. The tactility of the environment can bring me back to the present, finding beauty or heartache in ordinary spaces.These spaces are everywhere, feeling specific and common simultaneously.
